James “Jim” “Poppy” Charles Mallon, age 70 of Westfield, PA passed away on January 19, 2024 at UPMC Wellsboro surrounded by his family.

Jim was born on November 12, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA, to the late John Francis and Josephine Elizabeth (Kephart) Mallon. After graduating from Upper Perkiomen High School in 1973, he worked many jobs including starting and running his own drywall business and most recently was employed by Viant Medical in Westfield.

Jim recently celebrated 50 loving years of marriage with his high school sweetheart Anna Marie Paulik. Together they raised four daughters and one son. Jim had a passion for reading, gardening, baking and deep conversation with his family and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by both parents; a brother, John Mallon; his beloved German Shephard, Gidget and father and mother in law, Joseph and Marie Paulik.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Marie; daughters, Tina (Steven) Sausser of Westfield, Patricia Mallon of Omaha, NE, Kelly (Christopher) Lemming of Pennsburg, PA and Trisha Mallon of Westfield; a son, Anthony (Clarissa) Mallon of Westfield; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and four brothers.

Family will receive friends at Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main St., Westfield on Tuesday, January 23rd from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held immediately following at 4:00 PM. www.kenyonfuneralhome.com.
