* WHAT…Temperatures between 35 and 37 will result in areas of
frost formation.

* WHERE…Cameron, Elk, McKean, Potter, Tioga, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
