* WHAT…Minimum temperatures in the low to mid 30s will result in
areas of frost.

* WHERE…Cameron, Elk, McKean, and Potter Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 7 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Protect sensitive plants and vegetation. Potted plants should be
brought inside.
