DESCRIPTION: * WHAT…For the Frost Advisory, areas of frost will be possible tonight into early Thursday morning as temperatures fall into the low to mid 30s and winds become lighter. For the Freeze Watch, temperatures will fall into the 20s and low 30s Thursday night into early Friday morning.

* WHERE…Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

INSTRUCTIONS: Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
