Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Montour, Northern Centre, Northern
Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Perry, Potter,
Schuylkill, Snyder, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern
Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Union and York.
