Foster Township Police Department

On 08/26/22 an officer was dispatched to Walmart for a retail theft. The female was identified as Angela Ambrose Balko, from Erie, PA.

Through investigation it was determined the female stole on two separate occasions, totaling $94.94. It was also discovered that Balko has been arrested and convicted at least three separate times for retail thefts, making this incident a Felony.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Balko, any individuals with information on her whereabouts are encouraged to contact this department.
