Whether you work in the emergency medical services field or are simply concerned about how to keep our rural ambulance companies up and running, you are welcome to join us for a meeting of the EMS Task Force on Thursday, Feb. 15, at 6 p.m. at the McKean County Department of Emergency Services in Smethport.

We will be joined by Anthony Martin, director of the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services at the PA Department of Health, who will discuss efforts to support ambulance companies statewide.

I especially encourage our local government officials to join us, as they are critical to finding solutions to help keep our emergency medical services up and running.
