On March 18, 2026 at 6:19 am, Kelvin George, 21, of Coldspring was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, Driving While Intoxicated with BAC greater than .08%, Driving on the Shoulder of the Roadway, Failure to Give Half the Roadway following an investigation into a one car MVA in the Town of Salamanca. George was processed and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.In addition during the DWI investigation, the passenger was taken into custody for Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
