Drone 50 Seeks EMS Agencies to Test New Services
NCPA Unmanned Emergency Services – Department 50, Tioga County PA is in Pennsylvania.
We’re looking for public safety and emergency services agencies to help us test and evaluate Sit(x) (ATAK, iTAK, and WinTAK compatible) over the next couple of months.
TAK provides incident commanders and leadership with a number of situational awareness options, such as personnel accountability, route planning, aircraft tracking and awareness, drone video and imagery feeds, etc.
It’s user-friendly and not difficult to set up or use.
This will be a great option for the upcoming wildfire season; SAR, and LE ops, especially in wooded areas.
TAK is already heavily used by emergency services and law enforcement in other parts of the country. Help us integrate it here in PA.
There’s no cost or commitment; we just need users to help us test it and determine the value for our mission.
