Diane M. (Allen) Borden, age 69, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Thursday, April 27, 2023. 

She was born on December 3, 1953 in Wellsboro, PA a daughter of the late Arnold J. and Jean M. (Louden) Allen and was married to the late LaVern A. “Vern” Borden who passed away in 2016. 

Diane is survived by a son: Neil Borden and a grandson: Chance Borden, both of Wellsboro, PA, two brothers and four sisters.
