Cross Streets : EULALIA ST * PEET ST
One vehicle rollover with one PT self extricated upon arrival of Chief 48 Phelps. No Hazards were present and crews assisted the ambulance with PT care and provided traffic control. Investigated by PSP Cdspt and the vehicle was removed by Kightlingers.

FIREAA : AUTOMATIC FIRE ALARM
1118 E SECOND ST, Apt , EULALIA
Cross Streets : LEETE HOLLOW DR * ICE MINE RD . Upon arrival of chief 48 Phelps he was met with plant personnel reporting an active fire in the east end of the building in the receiving area of the plant and Chief Phelps upgraded the alarm to a 1st alarm working fire.
A Engine, Tanker/Pumper and Aerial from our dept and Rescue 3( Port A ) for RIT..
Once crews began thier attack of the fire and 48 units arrived Chief 48 Phelps requested an additional Aerial from Dept 10 Galeton and a full response from 46 – Roulette.
Roulette units assisted with a secondary water supply as interior crews brought the fire under control at approximately 9:35 and that area of the building was ventilated and units released a short time later.
The cause of the fire was determined to be from a Furnace malfunction and explosion and was kept in check with the sprinkler system and the immediate notification of the Fire dept.
Assisted by the Plant Staff and the following:
Potter County DES – Glenn Dunn
Station 3- Port Allegany
Roulette – 46
Galeton – 10
CVAA – 49
Damage was contained to the oven and the immediate area( no cost a this time ) and No injuries. In all 26 responders from 48 and approximately another 25-30 from the additional depts answered the alarm.

Cross Streets : E CARLEY HILL RD * WHITE CHOPIN RD Patrol 48-4 along with personnel in POV’s responded to assist CVAA – 49 and was needed for lifting as well as cutting and removing a tree from the driveway.

Cross Streets : W BRANCH DINGMAN RUN RD * SNYDER RD Engine 48-3, Rescue 48 and Patrol 48-4 responded under the command of AC T Cowburn. The PT was self extricated and refused treatment, no other hazards present crews provided traffic control till the crash was investigated by PSP Cdspt and removed by Kightlingers.

Tanker/Pumper 48, Engine 48-1, 48-3 and Rescue responded along with Port Allegany Sta. 3( RIT ) Responded to a possible structure fire. While enroute Units were recalled after Rescue Squad M Spencer arrived and confirmed that it was a controlled burn.

Under the command of AC T Cowburn Rescue 48, Engine 48-3 and patrol 48 all responded to a single vehicle ( Med size box Truck ) rollover. The PT was self-extricated from the vehicle.
The crash was investigated by PSP Cdspt, the PT assessment and care was provided by CVAA Dept 49.
17 personnel answered the alarm.
