The S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library and the Seneca Library District would like to congratulate Child Hunger Outreach Partners (CHOP) on their Honorable Mention for the 2023 “I Partner with My Public Library Award” from Let’s Move in Libraries!

CHOP provides free food to participating public libraries in the Seneca District (McKean, Cameron, Forest, Elk, and Warren counties) during the summer months to distribute to children when school is not in session.
