Clement J. Nagley, 90, of West Creek Road, St. Marys, PA passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
He was born on February 15, 1934 in St. Marys, PA, a son of the late Clement and Marie Reed Nagley.
On September 1, 1963, he married Beverly Schaefer Nagley, who survives. Together they shared more than 60 years of love, laughter, and marriage.
Clem was a member of the St. Marys Church and owned and operated many businesses throughout his life. His garage on S. Michael was the gathering place (after hours) to solve all the world’s problems. Clem was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed fishing, boating, woodworking, and going to camp. He often spent his time at McDonalds having coffee with his friends. Clem had a love for animals, especially his dog Brandy.
In addition to his wife Beverly, he is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, William and Ronald Nagley; and by two sisters, Geraldine Stauffer and Eileen Distler.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Clement J. Nagley will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Marys Church, 315 Church Street, St. Marys, PA 15857 with Fr. Thomas Curry OSB, as celebrant.
Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Family and Friends will be received at St. Marys Church on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 10:30 AM until the time of the Mass.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Elk County Humane Society or the St. Marys Church.
