McKean County Bench Warrant

On 07/18/2023 at approximately 1520 hrs City of Bradford Police located Heather Carter on Ascension Street in a vacant house. Carter was found to have an active McKean County Sheriff’s Department Bench warrant. Carter was taken into custody and transported to the McKean County Jail.
