Both Parties Arrested Following A Domestic In Coudersport Borough

Pennsylvania State Police said in a statement on Sunday that Danelo Souza Cavalcante was seen overnight near Phoenixville in northern Chester County.

Cavalcante is now clean-shaven and wearing a yellow or green hooded sweatshirt, black baseball cap, green prison pants and white shoes, the statement said.
Danelo Cavalcante is operating a 2020 White Ford Transit (van) bearing Pennsylvania registration ZST8818. The van has a refrigeration unit on the top. The vehicle is reported stolen by Baily’s Dairy. Law Enforcement agencies nationwide has been advised.
There’s now a $20,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Cavalcante.
In the most recent update, troopers believe Cavalcante is no longer in the Phoenixville area.
A press conference to provide an update on the search for Cavalvante will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company, located at 36 Firehouse Dr, Kennett Square. Lt. Col. Bivens will be speaking.
In an afternoon briefing, PSP Lt. Col. George Bivens explained troopers found the white van abandoned in a field in East Nantmeal Township, in Chester County, at 10:30 Sunday morning. They continue to seek Cavalcante for recapture.
Officers of the Friendship Police Department have received multiple complaints of unauthorized motor vehicles operating through town resulting in multiple UTT’s being issued to Alexander W. Cavanugh (26 YO) of Friendship NY : Cavanugh was observed operating an unregistered dirt bike on Depot Street. See below for charges.

Cavanugh was issued appearance tickets and released to appear in the Friendship Town Court at a later date. Cavanugh is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sep 8th, 2023 Description On 09/05/2023 City of Bradford Police observed Shannon Stuckey on a bicycle riding Bolivar Drive.
Police verified there was an arrest warrant for Stuckey in relation to drugs and they stopped him in the 600 block of East Main Street. Stuckey was taken into custody and found to be in possession of paraphernalia and Methamphetamine.
Stuckey was transported to McKean County Jail on the warrant and he will be facing additional charges for the paraphernalia and Methamphetamine.

Sep 8th, 2023 Description On June 26th, 2023 the City of Bradford Police investigated Timothy J. Kinney, 27 yrs old, for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a minor juvenile female age 15.
After an investigation was conducted charges were filed against Kinney accordingly for the acts committed. On August 29th, 2023 Kinney was taken into custody and arraigned by Magistrate Todd who set bail at $80,000. Kinney did not post bail and was remanded to McKean County Jail.
Preliminary hearings have been set in the matter. On 08/20/2023 the City of Bradford Police took a report of a possible abduction/kidnapping.
The reporting party showed police text messages and photos of a known person that had allegedly been abducted and the messages demanded the reporting party bring the actor drugs or the alleged victim in the photograph would be assaulted.

Sep 7th, 2023 Description On September 5th, 2023 Bradford City Police conducted an investigation into a sexual assault at 2 Bushnell Street the High Rise Apartment complex.
After a full investigation was completed the defendant Andrew Reap was taken into custody and charged with sex crimes against a non consenting adult female victim.
Magistrate Engman arraigned Reap and remanded him to McKean County Jail on $25,000 cash bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.

A Search warrant obtained by the Street Crimes Unit was conducted last night at 10:20 p.m. on an apartment located at 210 N. 2nd. St.
One person was charged after Investigators located 20 Grams of Crack Cocaine, 54 Grams of Fentanyl, $6700.00 cash, a loaded shotgun and other items used to package drugs.
37 year old Rahsean L. Holcome of 210 N. 2nd St. was charged with two counts of Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd. degree ( B Felonies ), Criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree ( A Misdemeanor ) and Criminal use of drug paraphernalia ( A Misdemeanor ).
Holcome was processed at the Olean Police Department. At arraignment today Holcome was held without Bail until further Court proceedings. The Street Crimes Unit was assisted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
