Mansfield Borough Patrolman Michael Bostwick Awarded 2023 DUI Top Gun award
The Mansfield Borough Police Department would like to congratulate Patrolman Michael Bostwick for receiving a 2023 DUI Top Gun award. Patrolman Bostwick also received a Top Gun award in 2022. The DUI Top Gun is the highest award given by the Pennsylvania DUI Association.
Patrolman Bostwick was one of 26 other municipal police officers, and 60 state troopers from Pennsylvania to receive this award. These law enforcement officers removed 4,584 impaired drivers from Pennsylvania roadways in 2022.
Patrolman Bostwick’s dedication to DUI enforcement is commendable and extremely important in keeping our streets, pedestrians and community safe!
Olean Warrant Turns Up Guns & Drugs; Man Arrested
City of Olean, NY Police Department
On November 18th 2023- City of Olean police acting on an active bench warrant issued by the Honorable Nicholas DiCerbo arrested Richard G. Pike (35) of 1228 Brook Street in Olean.
Officers seized a loaded modified 20 gauge shot gun, cash and approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine.
Pike was charged with PL 265.02 Subdivision 1 – Criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (D Felony). § PL 220.16 Subdivision 7 – Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (B Felony). § PL 220.16 Subdivision 8 – Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell (B Felony). Pike is also facing pending Olean City code violations.
Pike was remanded to Cattaraugus County jail awaiting future court appearance.
Cuba Man Facing Charges After His Vehicle Hits A House

On November 19th, 2023 at approximately 1:22 AM, following a one-car motor vehicle accident in which a vehicle left the roadway and struck a house, Cuba Police arrested Cameron A. Dunlap (21) of Cuba.
Dunlap was arrested on charges of failure to maintain lane (Violation), driving while ability impaired (Misdemeanor) and driving while intoxicated 1st offense (Misdemeanor). Dunlap was processed and released to appear at a later date. Dunlap is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
