(MCKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania: October 17, 2024):  District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that Brady PYSADEE, previously convicted of the Drug Delivery Resulting in Death of a Bradford woman after a jury trial in August, was sentenced to state prison at a sentencing hearing at the McKean County Courthouse this afternoon. After hearing from the victim’s mother and sister, the Judge sentenced PYSADEE TO 9 years to 18 years on Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Involuntary Manslaughter and other charges.   

PYSADEE had been convicted at a jury trial in August where the jury saw messages between the victim and PYSADEE where PYSADEE brought drugs to the victim early in the day on June 16, 2021.  Later in the evening, PYSADEE arranged to deliver more drugs to her and communications revealed discussion about his desire to sell drugs in the area for profit.  Videos from businesses in East Bradford and messages between the victim and PYSADEE captured the victim’s last moments – from meeting with PYSADEE shortly after 11:00 pm to walking with the assistance of a friend to an apartment after she became ill after using drugs with PYSADEE.  She was found deceased at the apartment the next morning.  Her death was due to the drugs delivered by PYSADEE that contained fentanyl. PYSADEE was convicted of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death;  2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (cocaine and fentanyl); Possession of a Controlled Substance; Involuntary Manslaughter; and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.  In addition to incarceration of 9 years to 18 years, PYSADEE was ordered to have no contact with the victim’s family, pay lab user fees, drug and alcohol treatment, provide a DNA sample, and other terms.  He is not eligible for any early parole.

Patrols responded to a report of gunshots on the 1300 block of Seneca Ave. last night at approximately 6: 15 p.m.. Police were notified that a 11 year old child had been struck by a bullet while playing outside. Olean City Fire responded and transported the 11 year old to the hospital for a gunshot wound to his leg. The Criminal Investigation unit is currently working on this incident and we are looking for any information from witnesses or anyone who may know the owner of the truck in this video. District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that, following a sentencing hearing today at the McKean County Courthouse, Frederick “Ricky” CAMEJO was sentenced for killing Edward “Bo” Fomby Jr. over Memorial Day weekend, 2022, on Congress Street in Bradford.    

CAMEJO was convicted of Murder in the 3rd Degree, Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, and three counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Deadly Weapon enhancement) following a four-day jury trial last month.  Witnesses testified that, on May 29, 2022, CAMEJO invited Fomby and others to his residence after a night out before things between the two men got heated. Jurors saw home surveillance footage from outside CAMEJO’s residence. 

Patrol Officers conducted a traffic stop yesterday at approximately 5:00 p.m. on W. State St. and arrested 34 year old Audra Divittorio of 319 N. 10th St. . Divittorio was charged with Criminal possession and Criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd. degree ( B Felonies ) and also at the time of her arrest Divittorio was in possession of an 1/8 Ounce of Fentanyl, Crack cocaine, drug packaging and cash. Divittorio was charged for possessing these drugs as well. This arrest is a result of an investigation conducted by the Street Crimes Unit. Divittorio was arraigned and a cash bail of $150,000 was placed on her by Olean City Court Judge Dicerbo. Divittorio was transported to the Cattaraugus county jail.

the Street Crimes Unit assisted by the Patrol unit arrested 28 year old Brieanne Jordan of 109 E. Mill St. Port Allegany P.A. on October 5th . for selling and possessing Crack Cocaine in our City. Jordan was transported to the Olean Police Dept., processed and held for arraignment on charges of Criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd. and Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd. ( B Felonies)
