On October 31 at 2:45 pm Wellsboro Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 434 Hilboldt Rd. for a car vs tree crash with possible injuries and possible entrapment.

On October 31 at 10:09 am Galeton Fire and Sabinsville Ambulance were dispatched to 2057 Rt. 6 for a one vehicle crash The vehicle is off the roadway with injuries and one occupant confined

On October 29, at 2:52 pm Austin Fire Dept was dispatched to Rt. 872 three quaters of a mile from Austin for a wildfire with no exposures

On October 28, at 6:43 Galeton Fire Dept. was assembled for a Search. All units have been recalled the person has been found

On October 28, at 4:29 pm Town Of Olean, Portville, and Westons Mills Fire Depts. were dispatched 1721 Cornell Dr. in the town of Portville for a structure fire. Cuba Fire Dept. has been dispatched to the station on standby. Update Clarksville Fire was dispatched for standby at the Portville Fire dept. and Bolivar Ambulance was dispatched to standby at Westons Mills Fire Dept.

On October 28, at 9:41 am Port Allegany Fire Dept was dispatched to 601 N. Main St. for an inside gas leak

On October 27, at 6:02 pm Salamanca and Great Valley Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 6034 Sullivan Hollow Rd for a camper fire with a propane explosion with two people injured.

On October 27, at 5:17 pm Austin Ambulance was dispatched to Farm Rd. for a man fallen

On October 27, at 12:17 am Roulette Ambulance was dispatched to Ought St. for a man ill.

On October 26, at 5:42 pm Fox and Jay Twp Fire Depts were dispatched for an outside fire a coal bin and woodpile are on fire and a large section of woods at 312 Benny Ln. in Kersey.

On October 26, at 4:06 pm Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Ross Glen Rd. for difficulty breathing

On October 25, at 3:25 pm Bradford City Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Elm St. and Congress St. for a two vehicle crash with unknown injuries. One vehicle is on the sidewalk the other is in the roadway

On October 25, at 1:40 pm Middlebury and Wellsboro Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Catlin Hollow for a vehicle into the creek. Wellsboro Ambulance was recalled

On October 25, at 12:42 pm Lafayette and Bradford City were dispatched to a two vehicle T-bone crash at Rt 59 and Rt. 219 with unknown injury details and entrapment.

On October 25, at 2:41 am Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Cole Manor for a woman fallen with a possible leg injury.

On October 24, at 10:45 pm Tioga, Mansfield, and Lawrenceville were dispatched to a car vs deer crash on Rt. 15 near mile marker 186. The vehicle is in the roadway with airbag deployment a patient is still in the vehicle unknown if entrapped injury status is unknown as well.

On October 24, at 8:53 pm Shinglehouse Ambulance was dispatched to Eleven Mile Rd. for a person fallen with altered mental status.

On October 24, at 7:49 pm Lafayette, Corydon, and Bradford City were dispatched to 2123 Rt. 59 in Gordon Twp. for a one vehicle crash. The vehicle went off the roadway and has a one axel trailer with possibly no injuries

On October 24, at 6:10 pm Shinglehouse Ambulance was dispatched to Walnut St. for Altered Level Of Consciousness

On October 23, at 7:15 pm Kane Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 6089 Rt. 6 for a two vehicle crash with possibly no injuries. There is a possible third vehicle
