At 9:51 AM on Saturday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been dispatched to Pine Grove Road for a fall victim.

At 9:34 AM on Saturday, Otto Township Fire Dept. & Bradford ambulance dispatched to Main Street & Tram Hollow for a vehicle crash.

At 9:24 AM on Saturday, Ridgway Fire & EMS dispatched to a car into a pole crash at Depot Street & Erie Avenue with an unconscious male. Pole is sheared off.

At 9:15 AM on Saturday, Westfield Fire Dept. & Mutual aid companies have been dispatched to a barn fire with flames showing at 2681 Route 49.

Westfield units on scene. All mutual aid companies recalled. Fire is out.

On February 4 at 4:15 am Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to the Sweden Valley Manor on E. Second St for a diabetic emergency

At 3:11 PM on Friday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Walnut Street in Shinglehouse for a possible CVA.

At 2:42 PM on Friday, Derrick City Fire Dept. & City ambulance have been dispatched to Walmart for a pedestrian/vehicle accident.

At 2:25 PM on Friday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to North Union Street for a woman ill.

Over the noon hour, Shinglehouse ambulance was called to North Puritan Avenue for a woman fallen outside with a shoulder injury.

At 11:51 AM on Friday, Coudersport ambulance has been dispatched to South West Street for a “Link to Life” call.

On February 2 at 10:24 pm. Alma And Allentown Fire Depts. were dispatched 571 Alma Hill Rd. for a structure fire

At 2:45 PM on Thursday, Belmont, Friendship & Scio dispatched to 4107 Irons Road lot 39 for a report of a structure fire.

At 1:23 PM on Thursday, Knapp Creek Fire has been dispatched to a 2 vehicle rollover accident on Route 16 south of Olean. Dispatch reports possible entrapment.

At 11:20 AM on Thursday, Austin ambulance called to Costello Avenue for an unresponsive female.

Air medical has been dispatched.

On February 1 at 11:00 pm. Big Elm and Mansfield Fire Depts. were dispatched to 727 Aldrich Rd. for a chimney fire with fire in the roof . The Chimney has been removed from the roof and the fire is believed to be out

On February 1 at 10:13pm. Eldred Twp fire dept. and Eldred Borough Ambulance were dispatched to a one car motor vehicle accident on W. Eldred Rd.

On February 1 at 9:55 pm. Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to E. Second St. for a cardiac emergency

Millerton FD responded to a MVA with a report of vehicle on its roof Tuesday night at 9:57 pm

With a quick response from Engine 12-2 Rescue 12-18 and Rescue 12-8

Possible 2 injuries, but luckily no injuries were reported, Erway Ambulance responded and was recalled.

On January 31 at 7:23 Ridgway fire and ambulance were dispatched to 444 N. Broad St. for a vehicle into a building crash

On January 31 at 7:06 pm. Smethport fire department was dispatched to Gifford Hollow Rd. for a vehicle fire fully involved with no exposures

At 12:05 PM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse Fire Dept. dispatched for landing zone at High School for ambulance.

At 11:20 AM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been dispatched to Rt. 44 in for altered mental status.

Smethport Fire Department Inc.

At 0024 hours this morning SFD was dispatched to the area of 16362 Route 6 for a MVA. Car into telephone pole with ejection.

Chief 2 arrived on scene, established command and confirmed 1 patient outside the vehicle and requested flight services which were unable to respond due to weather.

MA-16 arrived on scene and transported victim to the hospital.

Engine 24 also responded. McKeirnan’s Towing removed the vehicle from the scene and PSP investigated. Station 2 personnel returned at aprx 0140 while Station 2 Fire Police remained on scene until telephone pole was removed from the highway. Route 6 was opened for traffic at 0204.

On January 31 at 12:30 am. Smethport fire and ambulance were dispatched for a car crash on Rt. 6 near Irons Hollow Rd.

On January 30 at 9:02 pm. Emporium Fire and ambulance were dispatched to Rich Valley Rd. for a one vehicle roll over crash the car is in the ditch on its side with entrapment and unknown injuries

On January 30, at 10:36 pm. Eldred was dispatched for a one car crash on W. Eldred Rd.

ON January 30, at 9:00 pm. Angelica Fire and ambulance were dispatched for a multi Vehicle crash with injuries a tractor trailer hit a passenger vehicle that spun out on I 86 between mile markers 110 and 111. Two Patients are entrapped and Belfast ambulance has also been dispatched to the scene Wellsville als has also been dispatched

At 8:18 PM on Monday, Hilltop Fire Dept. dispatched to assist PSP for traffic control at a MVA on RT, 646.
