At 11:04 AM on Wednesday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to Rt. 155 north for breathing problems.

At 5:05 PM on Tuesday, Westfield, Knoxville Fire Depts & Clymer & Valley ambulances dispatched to a crotch rocket type motorcycle crash into a deer with two people injured. The incident is located at 1611 Austinburg Road in Brookfield Township. One person reported lying in the roadway with serious injury. One person is denying injury.

Air medical is inbound to transport to a trauma center.

At 3:02 PM on Tuesday, Wilcox Fire Dept. has been dispatched to a wildfire near 259 Old Kane Road.

At 2:50 PM on Tuesday, Otto Township Fire Dept. called to Main Street in Duke Center in front of the Tastee Freez for a power line on fire.

At 7:35 AM on Tuesday, Smethport Fire Dept. & Phoenix ambulance have been dispatched to West Main Street in Smethport for a tanker truck into a school bus crash. Reporting truck not leaking and not believed to be any injuries. There are 25 children on the bus who need to be evaluated.

At 3:25 PM on Monday, ,Coudersport Ambulance has been called to North Main Street for a woman fallen outside.

At 3:14 PM on Monday, Belmont & Friendship have been dispatched to I-86 Eastbound near MM103 for a vehicle crash partially blocking the roadway.

At about 2:15 PM on Monday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to Two Mile Road for an unresponsive patient.

2:42 PM –Port Allegany Fire dispatched for LZ at Two Mile church.

On February 12 at 11:25 pm. Ridgway Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Montmorenci Rd. for a one vehicle rollover crash

On February 12 at 9:46 Belfast was dispatched to 4107 Irons Rd. in Amity for and explosion with two buildings on fire

On February 12 at 9:41 pm. Eldred TWP. Fire Dept. was dispatched to 425 Sartwell Rd. for a working garage fire attached to a house the flames are coming out of the roof of the garage residents have evacuated. Eldred Borough Fire Dept. was dispatched to the scene. This is now a fully involved house fire. This is now a second alarm fire with multiple Fire company’s dispatched. Smethport Olean town and Portville tankers requested to the scene

On February 12 at 9:39 pm. Bradford TWP Fire Dept. was dispatched to 187 Minard Run Rd. for a chimney fire.

At 8:04 PM on Sunday, Austin Ambulance has been dispatched to Gardeau Road for difficulty breathing.

At 7:10 PM on Sunday, Corydon Fire Dept. has been dispatched to the Morrison Trail Head for a search.

On February 12 at 6:44 pm Port Allegany, Roulette, and Coudersport Fire Depts. were dispatched to 5 Laurel Lane for a structure fire there is smoke in the residence.

At 3:00 PM on Sunday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Bells Run Road for a cardiac arrest.

At 2:22 PM on Sunday, Coudersport & Roulette Fire Depts have been called to 407 Mill Street for a possible house fire. Smoke detector going off in attic of this residence. No fire or smoke seen. Roulette ambulance recalled.

RECALL- FAULTY SMOKE DETECTOR.

At 9:48 AM on Sunday, Emporium Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 314 W. 4th Street in Emporium Borough for a working structure fire. Occupants have evacuated the house. St. Marys requested to send an engine to assist. Smoke & flames are showing. Second alarm Port Allegany and Austin to scene. Heavy fire reported on second floor. Roulette to Port Allegany for standby.

On February 11 at 11:02 pm. Lafayette Twp., and Lewis Run Fire Depts. were dispatched to Rt. 59 at the Blackbear Campground for an outbuilding on fire with exposure. All units except Lafayette are to hold in quarters

On February 11 at 10:58 pm. Mansfield and Blossburg were dispatched to Rt. 6 and the Ritz Rd. for a two vehicle crash one vehicle is on fire with entrapment. Life Flight 4 has been dispatched. The Coroner has also been dispatched

On February 22 at 5:20 pm. Bradford Twp. Fire Dept and Bradford City Ambulance were dispatched to 177 Hedgehog Lane for a one vehicle rollover crash caller reports minor injuries

At 1:44 PM on Saturday, Millerton Fire Dept. & Erway ambulance have been called to Corvette Lane in Jackson Township for a side by side ATV accident with entrapment & injury.

At 10:47 AM on Saturday, Westfield , Knoxville, Clymer & Elkland for RIT dispatched to 465 East Main Street in Westfield Township for a natural gas leak inside the building. Building is evacuated.

At 8:35 AM on Saturday, Shinglehouse Fire Dept. has been dispatched for a report of a house fire at 184 Taylor Brook Road in Ceres Township. Everyone is reported out of the house. Alma, Allentown, Bolivar & Portville requested mutual aid. Eldred Township, Westons Mills & Richburg tankers dispatched.

At 5:56 AM on Saturday, Bradford Township Fire Dept. & city ambulance have been dispatched to West Washington Street for a vehicle crash with injury.

At 4:35 PM on Friday, Galeton Fire & EMS has been dispatched to a mile North of 4246 Route 6 West at 449 Long Lane in Ulysses Township for a one vehicle crash.

At 3:15PM on Friday, Austin Ambulance has been called to the school for a patient on a school bus with difficulty breathing.

At 2:00 PM on Friday, Emporium Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 6761 Route 120 in Shippen Township for a one vehicle crash.

At 12:56 PM on Friday, Coudersport Ambulance to East Second Street for a diabetic emergency.

At 4:53 PM on Thursday, Coudersport Ambulance has been dispatched to North Main Street for a maternity emergency.
