(MCKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania: October 28, 2024):  District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announces that the Bradford woman subject to a warrant from October 24, 2024 has been apprehended and arraigned. 

McKean County Drug Task Force has charged MOFFETT with Distributing a Non-controlled Substance representing it as a Controlled Substance – Felony and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility – Felony 3.  MOFFETT was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Richard Luther who set bail at $50,000,  She was remanded to the McKean County Jail and scheduled for central court. original post: (MCKEAN COUNTY, Pennsylvania: October 24, 2024): 

District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announces that the McKean County Drug Task Force has filed charges against Kelsie MOFFETT of Bradford. MOFFETT was charged with arranging to deliver crack cocaine for money and delivering a substance on May 10th.  MOFFETT is wanted on charges of Distributing a Non-controlled Substance representing it as a Controlled Substance) – Felony and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility – Felony 3.  Anyone with information the location of MOFFETT is asked to call 911.
