Bradford Police Charge Man With Terroristic Threats
On 07/25/2023 at approximately 1640 hrs City of Bradford Police were dispatched to 191 Congress Street for reported threats being made. Upon arrival Officers determined Joseph Parenteau was intoxicated and had been outside with a pellet pistol threatening to harm the upstairs neighbor.
Multiple witnesses provided statements and information corroborating that Parenteau was in fact making these threats of harm toward others causing alarm and fear.
Officers took Parenteau into custody and charged him with terroristic threats, which is a misdemeanor 1 crime. Magistrate Richard Luther arraigned Parenteau and he was remanded to McKean County Jail. Preliminary hearings are scheduled on the matter.
