On 11/15/2023 Officers with the City of Bradford Police Department conducted an investigation regarding sexual assault of a minor. As a result of that investigation officers arrested Harold M. Kagrise of Bradford. Kagrise was arraigned in front of District Judge Richard Luther and Bail was set at $750,000.00
