Sep 11th, 2023– On 01/09/2023 the City of Bradford Police detained the defendant Patrick J. Ryan assisting US Postal Inspectors who were conducted a separate investigation. The defendant Ryan was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Those items were sent to PSP Labs for testing and substance confirmation. The test results would later come back showing the paraphernalia contained Methamphetamine and Fentanyl both Schedule II dangerous substances.

City of Bradford Police obtained an arrest warrant for Ryan and arrested him today 09/11/2023 on Barbour Street in the City of Bradford. Ryan was taken before Magistrate Engman for arraignment and bail was set at $10,000 cash. Ryan did not post bail and was remanded to McKean County Jail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
