Bank Account Set Up For Donations For State Park Employee Who Lost His Home in Friday Fire
The Creekside Inn at Sizerville
This past Friday morning a tragic house fire took place at 409 Fox Mtn. Drive, Austin, Pa. Jerry Alwine, a 10-year maintenance employee at Sizerville State Park lost his home and all its contents and other things outside due to the fire. It burned completely to the ground. Jerry is the familiar face at the park with the white hair and white beard that resembles Santa Claus. He’s a very good friend to many including us here at the Creekside Inn and all those that frequent the park.
A bank account for donations has been set up to help him out of this tragedy. Monetary donations can be mailed or dropped off at: Jerry Alwine c/o Citizens and Northern Bank, 135 East 4th Street, Emporium, Pa. 15834. Any support would be humbly and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
