**Incident Summary** On January 18th, 2025, at approximately 0655 hours, the City of Bradford Police Department responded to a disturbance in progress at 86 Euclid Avenue. Upon arrival, officers heard a disturbance inside the locked residence and could hear a female yelling “break it down.” Officers were forced to gain entry into the home, where they found the female pinned to the ground by her son Adam R. Priest. The male had assaulted both his elderly mother and father.
The male was taken into custody immediately, but resisted arrest with substantial force. Based on statements taken and observed injuries, he was charged with Felony Strangulation, Misdemeanor Simple Assault, Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest, and 2 counts of Summary Harassment. The male was arraigned and remanded to McKean County Jail on $50,000 cash bail. Preliminary Hearings are set in the matter. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
