…A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF POTTER AND TIOGA
COUNTIES…

HAZARDS…A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of 20 MPH which
can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 1221 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was
along a line extending from Johnson City to Chemung to 19 miles
northwest of Wellsboro and moving east at 25 MPH.

THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR…
Keeneyville around 1255 PM EST.
Wellsboro around 105 PM EST.
Mansfield around 125 PM EST.
Covington around 130 PM EST.

This includes the following highways…
Route 6 from west of Wellsboro to the Bradford county line.
Route 15 from Blossburg to Lawrenceville.
