Bradford Twp. Firefighters Extricate Driver in Thursday Crash

On Thursday, February 8th at 0550 hours, Mckean County Dispatch sent Station 15, Ambulance 1, and BTPD to a reported crash with entrapment. When arriving on scene firefighters found a full-size pickup truck on its side. After making contact with the driver it was determined that stabilization and cutting the windshield was needed for the extrication. Engine 153 arrived and extrication was completed in 12 minutes. The patient was treated and transported by Ambulance 1. Station 15 assisted PD with traffic and clean up of the debris. Units cleared the scene at 0730. Units on scene were Chief 15 with command, Chief 1510 with traffic along with fire police Captain 1570, Chief 1520 with operations, Engine 153, Utility 152, Ambulance 1, and BTPD.
