Sep 12th, 2023 Description On May 10th, 2023 City of Bradford Police responded to Oak Hill on Lincoln Avenue for an intoxicated male laying in the bushes. Officers located a male named Simon Albright intoxicated and passed out. EMS was called to transport the male to BRMC. The male was found to also be in possession of Marijuana and paraphernalia.

Those items were sent to PSP laboratories for testing and those substances have been confirmed. Charges related to possession of Schedule I marijuana and paraphernalia were filed accordingly. The defendant Albright did not answer those charges and a warrant was issued.

On 09/11/2023 City of Bradford Police located Albright and arrested him for the warrant. Again, Albright was found with additional illegal drugs and paraphernalia which are being tested at PSP labs.
