On 08/20/2023 the City of Bradford Police took a report of a possible abduction/kidnapping.

The reporting party showed police text messages and photos of a known person that had allegedly been abducted and the messages demanded the reporting party bring the actor drugs or the alleged victim in the photograph would be assaulted.

Officers conducted a thorough investigation and located the alleged victim seen in the photos and interviewed her. It was determined that the alleged victim Elizabeth Tucker had conspired with Tuesday Hale to produce fake messages and fake photos reporting a false abduction to the reporting party all in a scheme to solicit the reporting to bring them illegal drugs and money.

All of the said acts were a conspiracy between Hale and Tucker to commit the crime of ransom. 

On 09/07/2023 PA State Parole made contact with Tuesday Hale at her residence and detained her. City Police were called to the scene and Hale was taken into custody on the arrest warrant in relation to this conspiracy.

During arrest Hale was found to possess Crack Cocaine on her person and will be receiving additional charges. In relation to the conspiracy case Hale was arraigned by Magistrate Engman and remanded to McKean County Jail on $100,000 cash bail. Preliminary Hearings have been set in the matter.
