FILLMORE/SHORT TRACT

I am looking for information if anyone saw a vehicle pulled over on the top of COUNTY ROAD 4 Between FILLMORE NY and SHORT TRACT NY. 

Sometime between  01/10/23-01/11/23  Someone dumped about 50 pounds of grain in my donkeys pasture from the road, I don’t know what’s in it and I would like to make sure it is safe.

Please share I am hoping someone saw something. These donkeys are my babies and mean the world to me.
