This afternoon, law enforcement was dispatched after a deceased man was found outside in Kane. He was found by a man walking his dog. Kane Borough Police Department and the coroner are investigating. They were assisted on scene by the Pennsylvania State Police, Chief County Detective, Sheriff’s Deputy and District Attorney.  Foul play is not suspected.
